How to use this

If you’re not sure where to start:
– one flow
– one SYRN session
For flow, we sometimes use blocks for balance. You can improvise with large books or a tin of beans. For Yin meditation and SYRN, you’ll need a bolster, some cushions, and blankets. An easy homemade bolster can be created by rolling up a big towel and popping it in your pillow case with the pillow.
