This is a training rooted in the body, the breath, and the nervous system, developing a way of teaching that is clear, responsive, and grounded in experience.

The structure

Monthly weekend modules (Saturday & Sunday)
Tuesday evening Zoom sessions
Guided self-practice between modules
Ongoing teaching practice and feedback

This structure allows time for integration, so learning is not just absorbed, but understood, applied, and embodied.

How we work

This training supports you in deepening your own relationship with the practice.

As that develops, your way of teaching begins to take shape—grounded in experience rather than imitation.

There is space to explore, to refine, and to grow in confidence over time.

The Elemental Framework

The training is structured through four stages:

Earth — foundations, safety, structure
Water — breath, fascia, embodied flow
Fire — strength, sequencing, progression
Air — communication, connection, presence

This gives you a clear and practical way to understand and teach.
