Join us for one practice, spend Saturday immersed in flow, or experience the complete weekend, from rhythm and movement through to Sunday’s Refine Your Art teacher CPD day.

Delamay Devi
International Prana Vinyasa teacher trainer and mentor, Delamay has spent nearly two decades teaching, training and supporting teachers worldwide. A long-time assistant to Shiva Rea, her work brings together embodied movement, creative sequencing, hands-on assists and the living intelligence of Prana Flow.
Bryony Hamerton
Yoga therapist and teacher trainer, Bryony has taught full-time for nearly two decades and has been training yoga teachers since 2011. Her work combines somatics, nervous-system-informed practice, intelligent sequencing and practical mentorship to help teachers develop confidence, skill and an authentic teaching voice.
