Yoga Therapy
Yoga therapy bridges the wisdom of the body with the science of healing.
Drawing on over eighteen years of teaching and clinical experience, I offer an embodied, compassionate approach to recovery and regulation.
Sessions blend gentle movement, breathwork, and guided rest to calm the nervous system, relieve tension, and reconnect you with your body’s innate capacity to heal.
Whether working through anxiety, burnout, pain, or trauma, each session is uniquely tailored and includes a take-home practice to support daily life.

Me and Yoga
I was a highly-strung kid — full of emotion, energy, and curiosity. My parents, being pretty wonderful, signed me up for everything: gymnastics, dance, drama, and sports. They knew I needed to move to manage the intensity I felt.
As a young adult, I became fascinated by the big questions — belief, belonging, what it means to live well. I explored many spiritual traditions, and when I found yoga, everything clicked: a way of being that unites body, mind, and meaning.
Twenty-nine years later, that feeling still guides everything I do.
I’ve been teaching yoga full-time since 2008 and hold thousands of hours of training in yoga therapy and embodied practice. I’ve worked with everyone from professional athletes and dancers to new mums, older adults, and people navigating injury, anxiety, and burnout. Every student has been a teacher to me.
Now in my late 40s, I feel more at home in my body than ever before. My teaching blends strength and stillness, anatomy and intuition, and the nervous-system-aware practices of Somatics, Yin, Restorative, and Nidra — the foundation of my method, SYRN.
Through classes, therapy sessions, and retreats, my mission is to help you restore balance, reclaim energy, and feel deeply connected — in your body, in your breath, in your life.
My online membership is currently open with new SYRN-based practices and seasonal teachings designed to support real rest and resilience.
