Meet Bryony

I’m Bryony, founder of Be Yoga Sussex, and I have been a yoga therapist trained with The Minded Institute since 2014. With over 16 years of teaching experience, I blend science, mindfulness, and embodied practice to make yoga deeply accessible and meaningful for every body.

When you train with me, you’re not just learning to teach yoga — you’re learning how to guide, support, and truly understand people through the mind–body connection. My trainings are grounded, inclusive, and full of heart, designed to help you grow in confidence and authenticity as both a teacher and a human being.
